Dolls usually come with different options, like Skin Tone, Wigs, Eyes and etc. Please double check all the options before you make the purchase. We'll send you an order sheet which includes all the options regarding your order after an order is placed. Please make sure you go through all the details when you get the file. Once the production starts, we'll have to charge you 20% to 40% as the cancellation fee.
Also, if we don't make any options available on an order page, it means the doll will come with the same options shown in the official photos. You'll have to let us know in advance if you want to do custom options, we'll help you check the feasibility.
All the dolls are mainly handmade, even dolls with the same options won't look exactly the same, please understand.
